Staffing Notes

Maid Right businesses must always be under the direct, on-premises, full-time supervision of a Designated Manager who has successfully completed the initial training program. Franchisees are solely responsible for all aspects of hiring, compensating, supervising, and firing their own employees. Maid Right emphasizes that it does not dictate or control employee wages, benefits, hours, scheduling, duties, supervision, work rules, discipline, hiring, or firing, and that Maid Right and the franchisee are not joint employers. Franchisees must train their employees, ensure they wear approved uniforms, and maintain a neat appearance while providing competent and courteous service. Maid Right also requires franchisees to maintain sufficient inventory and employ enough qualified staff to operate the business at maximum capacity and efficiency. Any third-party subcontractors engaged by the franchisee must also comply with Maid Right's quality, performance, and insurance standards.
