Corporate History

Madabolic Franchise System, LLC was formally organized as a Delaware limited liability company on June 19, 2019, and began offering Madabolic franchises in July 2019. However, the Madabolic business concept originated earlier, with its founders, Brandon Cullen and Kirk DeWaele, operating Madabolic Businesses since 2011 through affiliated entities. These businesses initially operated under the name FIGHT GONE MAD until they rebranded to MADABOLIC® in October 2013. A predecessor company, Madabolic, Inc., also offered Madabolic franchises from February 2012 until July 2019. Madabolic Franchise System, LLC itself does not directly own and operate Madabolic Businesses, but its founders have experience operating them.
