Training & Support Program
Franchisor Assistance
M14Hoops provides franchisees with comprehensive support both before and after opening. Pre-opening assistance includes granting the franchise, reviewing and approving the territory, providing access to confidential manuals, and lists of approved suppliers, equipment, and signage. M14Hoops also identifies the business on its website and offers initial training for the managing owner and one manager. Post-opening, M14Hoops communicates operating standards, marketing guidelines, and approved vendors. It may coordinate an annual system conference and offers supplemental training if requested or required, as well as initial training for replacement managers. M14Hoops also administers marketing funds and provides training for employee certifications when a certified trainer is not on staff. While M14Hoops offers suggestions, franchisees exclusively determine their pricing.
