To renew, Kitchen Guard Franchising, Inc. franchisees must sign a new franchise agreement which may have materially different terms and conditions, comply with the current Franchise Agreement, diligently develop the franchise to its full potential, meet Kitchen Guard Franchising, Inc.'s current subjective and objective standards for new franchisees, provide requested documentation, give notice of desire to renew no earlier than 180 days and no later than 120 days prior to the end of the term, execute a general release, and complete all required training and consulting programs, including attending the Kitchen Guard Annual Conference at least 6 times during the initial term.

Kitchen Guard Franchising, Inc. provides pre-opening assistance with site selection approval and general layout advice for the office and warehouse. Kitchen Guard Franchising, Inc. will sell proprietary products and offer approved suppliers for non-proprietary items. Kitchen Guard Franchising, Inc. provides an Operations Manual and a representative will assist with business opening and standardizing procedures. Ongoing assistance includes updates to approved products/services and vendors, revised Operations Manual material, development of operational plans, continuing advisory services on marketing and customer relations, and the right to determine product and service pricing.

Staffing Notes

Kitchen Guard Franchising, Inc. requires each franchised business to always have a fully trained General Manager and at least one dedicated, full-time, fully trained salesperson. Franchisees are responsible for hiring and training all necessary employees and for the terms of their employment. All employees engaged in the management or operation of the franchised business must sign Kitchen Guard Franchising, Inc.'s confidentiality and non-competition agreement.
