Financial Health Notes
Jungle Driving School is a newly formed entity, organized in October 2024, and therefore has a limited operating history. As of December 31, 2024, the company reported a net loss of $18,834, with member contributions of $250,020. The independent auditor provided an unqualified opinion on the financial statements, indicating they are presented fairly in all material respects. The auditor noted that the company's limited operating history makes it challenging to assess future performance and there is no assurance of sustained profitability. However, no 'going concern' qualification was identified in the auditor's report, and management believes that all legal matters would not have a material effect on the company's financial position.
Financing Details
Jungle Driving School does not offer any direct or indirect financing options to its franchisees. Franchisees are solely responsible for arranging their own funding for all aspects of the business. The company will not guarantee any franchisee's notes, leases, or other financial obligations.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Jungle Driving School is seeking individuals who are committed to operating the business with personal attention, skill, and best efforts. While no specific prior industry experience in driver education services is required, franchisees or their operating partners must be prepared to obtain all necessary licensure, permits, and certifications for operating the franchise. The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate entrepreneurial and managerial abilities, as well as a focus on customer experience. Franchisees are expected to build and maintain a team of qualified employees or subcontractors. They must also ensure the business is always staffed with at least one individual who has completed the Initial Training Program and is a certified driver's education instructor in their state.

Territory Size Requirements
For a single Jungle Driving School franchise, the territory is defined by a population of approximately 12,500 people between the ages of 13 and 18. This sizing depends on geography, demographics, and other factors. If the cumulative population in the territory exceeds this figure, franchisees are required to pay an overage fee of $4.76 per each additional individual between 13 and 18 years of age.
Staffing Notes
Jungle Driving School requires that at least one individual who has successfully completed the Initial Training Program and is a certified driver's education instructor in the state must always staff the franchised business. Franchisees are responsible for maintaining a team of qualified employees or a network of reputable subcontractors to provide driver education training and related services. If a Designated Manager resigns or is terminated, a replacement must complete training within 30 days of hiring. The franchisor's founder-owned business utilized five employees, which provides a reference for a functioning operation.
