Franchisor Assistance
ISI Elite Training provides extensive support to its franchisees. Before opening, assistance includes designating development areas (for multi-unit deals), guidance on site selection, review of proposed leases, defining the designated territory, providing a confidential Operations Manual, and lists of required items and approved suppliers. The franchisor also offers architectural and design specifications for the facility, guidance on grand opening advertising, and a self-study program to prepare for initial training. Initial training consists of an Owner/Operator Module (virtual and in-person at corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC) for franchisees and designated managers, and a Coach Module for staff providing fitness instruction, culminating in a Coaches Certification. An On-Site Module is also provided around the time of the grand opening. After opening, ISI Elite Training may offer and require additional or refresher training annually (up to five days) through various methods like phone, webinars, or video. They provide ongoing consultation and advice on management and operations, including guidance on pricing strategies. On-site assistance may be available upon request, potentially incurring an additional fee. The franchisor reviews and approves advertising materials, administers a Brand Development Fund for system-wide marketing, and maintains a System website portal for updates, training, and communication.
