Renewal Conditions
To renew their Integrity 1st Car Pros franchise, franchisees must have substantially complied with all material provisions of the Franchise Agreement, updated and refurbished their shop, service vehicles, and equipment to meet current standards. They must have satisfied all monetary obligations to Integrity 1st Car Pros or its affiliates, and not be in default of any agreement. Franchisees are required to give written notice of their intent to renew between 6 and 12 months prior to the term's end and pay a renewal fee equal to 50% of the then-current initial franchise fee. They must also sign Integrity 1st Car Pros' then-current franchise agreement, which may have different terms, comply with current franchisee qualifications and updated training requirements, and execute a general release of claims against Integrity 1st Car Pros and its affiliates.

Before opening, Integrity 1st Car Pros provides general site selection guidelines and requires its approval of the chosen site. It will also make an initial training program available to the franchisee and their Designated Manager and provide a representative to assist in familiarizing staff and offering general guidance for the grand opening. Franchisees will also receive access to an electronic copy of the Integrity 1st Car Pros Franchise Manual. Integrity 1st Car Pros seeks franchisees who are not looking for a passive investment. Ideal candidates must be prepared for direct, full-time, day-to-day supervision of their franchised business, either personally or through a Designated Manager who holds at least a 5% equity interest in the franchise. These individuals, along with any owners with a 5% or greater interest, and their spouses, must personally guarantee the franchise's obligations. They must also satisfactorily complete an initial training program and be committed to operating the automotive maintenance and repair business in compliance with the system, without engaging in other conflicting businesses.

Territory Size Requirements
Integrity 1st Car Pros grants franchisees an exclusive marketing area, or Territory. The estimated size of a Territory is a circle with an approximate 3-mile radius around the shop's front door, which serves as the center point. However, in densely populated urban areas, the Territory size may be smaller, less than a 1-mile radius. The exact Territory for each franchisee will be detailed in the Key Terms page of their Franchise Agreement.
Staffing Notes
Integrity 1st Car Pros requires the franchised business to always be under the direct, full-time, day-to-day supervision of the franchisee or a Designated Manager who must be an owner with at least a 5% equity interest. Franchisees are responsible for hiring, training, and managing their employees in compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. They must maintain a competent, conscientious, and trained staff sufficient to provide prompt and proper customer service, ensuring at least one manager or shift leader is on duty at all times the shop is open. Franchisees are expected to adhere to high standards of quality, service, honesty, fair dealing, and ethical conduct with customers, vendors, and the public. Integrity 1st Car Pros may intervene if customer complaints are not handled fairly. Franchisees must also ensure their employees comply with dress code requirements. If a franchisee hires an employee from another Integrity 1st Car Pros franchisee within one year of that employee attending franchisor training, the hiring franchisee must reimburse the former franchisee for the training fee and associated costs.
