Training & Support Program

Franchisor Assistance

Insulation Commandos provides comprehensive support to its franchisees. Before opening, the franchisor offers site selection guidelines and assistance, reviews and approves lease agreements, defines the designated territory, and provides access to its confidential Operations Manual and a list of approved suppliers. Franchisees also receive a Pre-Opening Start-Up Package, approval for their location's layout and design, and guidance for their grand opening marketing. Initial training is provided through a hybrid model, including remote online learning and in-person sessions at the franchisor's designated facility in Clarksville, Tennessee, totaling 64 hours, with additional on-site assistance at the franchisee's business after training. Ongoing support includes additional and refresher training (up to two sessions per year, totaling up to seven days in-person and 24 hours remote), continuous consultation and advice via various communication channels, and review and approval of advertising materials. Insulation Commandos lists the franchisee's contact information on its website, provides email addresses, and may offer private label products. The franchisor also conducts inspections and audits of the business, premises, and vehicles. It administers the Brand Development Fund for system-wide marketing and technology and may require attendance at an annual conference. A system-wide call center may also be established, with franchisees paying subscription fees if they choose to utilize it.
