Renewal Conditions
To renew the iFlex franchise agreement, franchisees must notify iFlex Franchisor LLC in writing between six and twelve months before their current term expires. They must be in good standing, having substantially complied with the agreement and timely paid all fees. Franchisees must sign new successor agreements, which may include different terms like higher fees or a modified territory, and execute a general release of claims. The studio must be refurbished to meet current brand standards, and the franchisee's Operating Principal and Designated Manager must complete any required training. Franchisees must also secure the right to continue operating at their current site from their landlord and pay a Successor Fee equal to 25% of the then-current franchise fee for a new studio.

iFlex provides a protected territory that is typically a geographic area encompassing approximately 50,000 people or a two-mile radius from the front door of the studio, whichever includes fewer people. However, in very high-density urban markets with populations over one million, iFlex Franchisor LLC may offer no territory or reduce it to a city block.
Staffing Notes
iFlex studios require an Operating Principal, who must have at least a 10% ownership interest and authority over all business decisions, and a Designated Manager responsible for day-to-day operations. The Operating Principal can also serve as the Designated Manager, provided they meet iFlex Franchisor LLC's experience and qualification standards. Additionally, each studio must have a Lead Stretch Therapist. All studio operations must be under the personal, on-premises supervision of a Required Trainee (Operating Principal, Designated Manager, or Lead Stretch Therapist) at all times. Franchisees are responsible for training all other employees, including subsequent Designated Managers, according to iFlex Franchisor LLC's standards and training programs.
