Home Matters Caregiving seeks franchisees who possess the necessary skills, qualifications, licensing, and economic resources to effectively operate a non-medical in-home personal care business. Ideal candidates are expected to uphold high ethical standards, honesty, integrity, and fair dealing in all business interactions. While franchisees can employ a manager, they or their approved manager must have satisfactorily completed the training program and oversee daily operations.
