Renewal Conditions
To renew their franchise agreement, Home Matters Caregiving franchisees must provide proper notice, be in full compliance with their Franchise Agreement, and sign a new franchise agreement which may have different terms and conditions. They must also sign a general release, pay a $10,000 renewal fee, and meet minimum annual Gross Revenue requirements of $1,000,000. Home Matters Caregiving reserves the right to modify the boundaries of the Protected Territory upon renewal to adjust for population shifts.

Staffing Notes
