During operation, Heaven's Best may offer additional training (for a fee covering costs), provides refresher training programs and seminars (franchisee pays travel/living), administers advertising programs, inspects franchises for compliance and quality, inspects facilities of manufacturers and suppliers, and allows franchisees to use its confidential information, trademarks, and proprietary materials.
