Each Designated Territory aims for a general trade area with a population base of, or anticipated growth to, approximately 15,000 to 40,000 people.
Staffing Notes
Green Mill On The Go franchisees are required to have an owner personally serve as the on-site general manager unless a waiver is granted. The on-site general manager, kitchen manager, assistant kitchen manager, dining room manager, and delivery manager must successfully complete Green Mill On The Go's management training program. Franchisees must also employ four to six certified trainers to assist with employee training for two weeks before and two weeks after the grand opening. Additionally, at all times when the Green Mill On The Go restaurant is open, at least one employee must be Serv-Safe® certified in food safety.
