Business Summary

GoliathTech operates a business that specializes in selling and installing helical piles, also known as screw piles. GoliathTech manufactures these piles, and franchisees provide the products and services under the GoliathTech brand and system. Franchisees can run the business as a standalone operation or as an addition to an existing business. GoliathTech's products and services are sold to both the commercial and residential construction industries.

Corporate History

GoliathTech's business originated with Les pieux Goliath, a Quebec, Canada corporation formed in 2004, which manufactured helical piles. GoliathTech Inc. was incorporated in March 2013, also in Quebec, Canada, and subsequently acquired all the assets of Les pieux Goliath. GoliathTech has been offering franchises similar to the current offering since 2013.

Audit Opinion

Going concern qualification

Financial Health Notes

The auditors have raised substantial doubt about GoliathTech's ability to continue as a going concern due to a net loss of $1,341,075, a negative cash flow of $1,316,233, and a cumulative deficit of $4,273,990 for the year ended January 31, 2025. GoliathTech's continued growth and commercial operations rely heavily on its ability to secure sufficient funding through equity or debt and to achieve profitable operations, especially in managing tariffs. While GoliathTech has had past successes, future success is not guaranteed, and the company's ability to meet its obligations is uncertain.

Financing Details

GoliathTech does not provide any direct or indirect financing to its franchisees and does not guarantee any notes, leases, or other obligations. However, GoliathTech franchisees are eligible for expedited and streamlined Small Business Administration (SBA) loan processing through the SBA's Franchise Registry Program.
