Renewal Conditions

To renew, Golf Envy Franchising, LLC franchisees must provide written notice of their intent to renew 180 to 270 days before the Franchise Agreement expires. They must be in full compliance with the Franchise Agreement and all mandatory System Standards, including any remodeling and refurbishing obligations. Franchisees need to maintain possession of their approved premises or secure and develop new, approved premises according to current mandatory System Standards. The franchisor must also be actively granting new franchises at the time of renewal. Franchisees are required to pay a renewal fee equal to 50% of the then-current initial franchise fee and sign the franchisor's then-current Franchise Agreement, which may contain materially different terms. Additionally, the franchisee and their owners must sign a general release of all claims against Golf Envy Franchising, LLC and its affiliates.

Before a Golf Envy Club opens, Golf Envy Franchising, LLC provides assistance with site selection and lease review and approval. Ideal Candidate Profile

Golf Envy seeks qualified individuals to operate its Clubs. While the franchise recommends personal participation and management of the Club's daily operations, franchisees may appoint a Designated Manager with Golf Envy's prior written consent. This Designated Manager must work full-time and dedicate their efforts solely to the Club, without engaging in other significant conflicting business activities. For franchisees structured as legal entities, an approved Designated Representative is required. This individual must hold at least 5% ownership in the franchised business, possess decision-making authority, and commit a reasonable amount of time to the Club's operation and supervision. All individuals involved in management or as Designated Representatives must successfully complete Golf Envy's training program.
