Renewal Conditions
To renew their Goldsainte franchise, franchisees must notify Goldsainte Franchise, LLC between 90 to 180 days before their initial term expires. They must have substantially complied with all terms of the franchise agreement and any other agreements with the franchisor. Franchisees are required to sign Goldsainte Franchise, LLC's then-current franchise agreement, which may have different terms, and renovate or refurbish their franchised business, including acquiring new vehicles, to meet current system standards. A renewal fee equal to 50% of the then-current initial franchise fee is also required, and franchisees must sign a general release of all claims.

Before opening, Goldsainte assists with initial training, offers general advice on acquiring required vehicles and vehicle wraps, helps designate a geographical area for the franchised business and storage facility, and loans franchisees a confidential operations manual. Goldsainte also provides a list of required equipment, fixtures, supplies, and signs, and licenses the use of its trademarks. During operation, Goldsainte specifies and approves certain equipment and suppliers, offers additional training upon request or as required (for a fee), and may procure insurance on behalf of franchisees if they fail to maintain coverage, passing the cost to the franchisee. The franchisor also reserves the right to implement programs for auditing customer satisfaction and quality control measures.
