Financial Health Notes

The franchisor's financial condition, as reflected in its financial statements, calls into question GoJoe Patrol Franchising LLC's financial ability to provide services and support to franchisees. Several state regulators have also required financial assurances, leading to conditions such as deferring the collection of initial fees until certain pre-opening obligations are met and the franchised business opens. While the financial statements show an improvement from a net loss and deficit in members' equity in 2023 to a net income and positive equity in 2024, the FDD explicitly highlights the financial condition as a special risk.

Financing Details

GoJoe Patrol Franchising LLC does not offer any direct or indirect financing to franchisees. The franchisor also does not guarantee any notes, leases, or obligations of the franchisee.

Franchisor Assistance

Before a GoJoe Patrol business opens, the franchisor provides general site selection criteria, reviews lease terms, offers specifications for equipment, vehicles, and office layout, loans the operating Manual, conducts initial training, and provides pre-opening and opening supervision and assistance, including a marketing and sales blitz plan template. After opening, GoJoe Patrol Franchising LLC helps establish House Account arrangements, administers the Brand Fund and provides advertising materials for purchase, offers operational advice and written materials on managing the business, and provides a list of Authorized Suppliers. For the first two businesses, a representative will provide up to five days of opening training on-site.
