Renewal Conditions
To renew their franchise agreement, GLOW SAUNA STUDIOS franchisees must provide timely notice, complete all required maintenance, refurnishing, renovating, and remodeling to the franchisor's satisfaction, and ensure they are not in default of their franchise agreement or any other agreements with the franchisor. Franchisees must also satisfy all monetary obligations owed to the franchisor or its affiliates, execute the then-current form of franchise agreement (which may have materially different terms), pay a renewal fee of $5,000, and sign a general release (subject to state law). Additionally, franchisees must remain in possession of the franchised business premises.
