Renewal Conditions
To renew their franchise, GlobalGreen Insurance Agency franchisees must provide notice as required by the Franchise Agreement, sign a new agreement (which may have different terms), be approved by at least four of the Providers they work with, remodel their agency to meet current brand standards, pay a renewal fee up to 50% of the then-current Initial Franchise Fee, and sign a general release if permitted by law. GlobalGreen Insurance Agency may refuse renewal if a franchisee has defaulted more than twice during the initial or any renewal term, even if the default was subsequently corrected.

Before opening, GlobalGreen Insurance Agency assists franchisees with site selection and review of layout and design specifications. It provides an initial training program, enables participation in Business Owners Policy (BOP) and Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance programs, grants access to its Agency Software, and loans a Confidential Operations Manual. During operation, GlobalGreen Insurance Agency offers additional guidance and assistance upon request (for a reasonable fee), provides access to approved insurance Providers, and administers and allocates collected revenues.
