Renewal Conditions

To renew, GLO30 Franchise LLC franchisees must be in full compliance with their agreement and all other agreements, have no more than 3 instances of default during the current term, and no monetary defaults in the last 12 months. They must provide written notice at least six months before the term ends, sign a new franchise agreement, and pay a $5,000 Successor Agreement Fee. Additionally, franchisees must maintain their location, current trade dress, and other standards, sign a general release, and meet the then-current qualifications and training requirements, including completing additional training. The new Franchise Agreement may have materially different terms.

GLO30 Franchise LLC provides pre-opening assistance that includes site selection guidelines and approval, specifications for the medical spa's layout, design, appearance, and signage, and access to the confidential Operations Manual. The franchisor also provides a written list of required equipment, signage, supplies, and products. Initial training for up to three individuals is provided at GLO30 Franchise LLC's headquarters, and optional on-site training may be provided for up to 5 days around the opening date. Ongoing assistance includes mandatory or optional additional training programs (up to 5 days annually, including a national business meeting or convention), corrective on-site training (for a fee), and individualized assistance via telephone, video conferencing, or email. GLO30 Franchise LLC also provides samples of digital artwork and advertising materials, conducts inspections of the franchised business, provides updated lists of approved suppliers, and approves all advertising materials.

Ideal Candidate Profile

GLO30 Franchise LLC seeks franchisees who are licensed medical doctors or doctors of osteopathic medicine, or entities owned solely by such licensed medical professionals, as permitted by state law in the jurisdiction where the business will operate. The franchised business must be personally supervised at all times by a licensed medical doctor or doctor of osteopathic medicine who provides active, ongoing, and personal on-premises supervision. Franchisees must also employ a minimum of two full-time Managers who meet GLO30 Franchise LLC's educational and business criteria, successfully complete the HQ Initial Training Program, and devote their full time and efforts to day-to-day operations. A Principal of the franchisee entity can act as a Manager if they have at least three years of previous medical spa management or medical spa ownership experience.

Territory Size Requirements

GLO30 Franchise LLC does not set a minimum territory size, as it varies based on geographic area, population density, and other factors. However, a typical territory may cover up to a 2-mile radius around the location in a suburban market area, or up to a 1/4-mile radius in a metropolitan, downtown, or urban market area.
