Renewal Conditions
To renew, G-FORCE franchisees must not be in default of the Franchise Agreement and must have complied with all its material terms and conditions. Their Owners must also be in compliance with their agreements with G-FORCE Franchise Group. Franchisees must provide G-FORCE Franchise Group with 180 days prior written notice of their intent to renew. They are required to sign G-FORCE Franchise Group's then-current Franchise Agreement and related agreements, sign a general release, pay a renewal fee of $5,000, and settle all monetary obligations owed to G-FORCE Franchise Group. Additionally, franchisees must upgrade their Administrative Office facility to meet current standards. The new renewal agreement may include terms and conditions that are materially different from the previous one.

G-FORCE Franchise Group provides assistance to its franchisees by granting them the right to operate the business within a designated territory and lending them a copy of the confidential Operations Manual. The franchisor approves the operating territory and provides lists of approved suppliers and signage specifications. G-FORCE Franchise Group identifies each G-FORCE Business on its system website. Franchisees are restricted from using their own websites or digital media unless expressly approved by the franchisor. G-FORCE Franchise Group provides initial training for the franchisee's Managing Owner and one designated manager, and advanced training is also a requirement.

After opening, G-FORCE Franchise Group may offer supplemental on-site training for a fee. Franchisees must also attend initial training for any replacement managers. G-FORCE Franchise Group regularly establishes, updates, and communicates operating standards, marketing standards, and a list of approved vendors. Franchisees are required to attend an Annual System Conference, for which a fee applies after the first year. G-FORCE Franchise Group also administers a Brand Development Fund, which franchisees contribute to.

G-FORCE Franchise Group exclusively seeks honorably discharged U.S. military veterans, active duty, or active guard or reserve military service members as franchisees. The Managing Owner must complete G-FORCE Franchise Group's initial training program and be approved by the franchisor. While G-FORCE Franchise Group recommends hands-on participation, franchisees may hire an Operating Manager who meets the franchisor's criteria, completes training, and signs a confidentiality agreement to handle day-to-day on-site operations. All Owners must personally guarantee the franchisee's obligations.

Territory Size Requirements
G-FORCE Franchise Group offers a Standard Operating Territory which is a geographic area with a population of approximately 750,000 to 1,500,000 individuals. Franchisees may also add up to three additional zones, each with a population of approximately 750,000 individuals. Furthermore, if a franchisee has a Standard Operating Territory with three additional zones, they may, at the franchisor's discretion, increase their territory by up to an additional 500,000 individuals. Territory population figures are based on U.S. Census Bureau data or other reliable public data at the time of signing the Franchise Agreement, without regard to demographics or other qualifying factors.
Staffing Notes
G-FORCE Business requires that the Managing Owner, or an approved Operating Manager, be personally responsible for the overall supervision and day-to-day on-site management of the business. If an Operating Manager is hired, they must meet G-FORCE Franchise Group's standards, complete initial training, and sign a confidentiality agreement. Franchisees are responsible for hiring and ongoing training of their employees, ensuring all staff wear uniforms with approved branded apparel and maintain system standards for equipment, supplies, and services. Each G-FORCE Business must be managed and supervised on-site by either a Managing Owner or an Operating Manager at all times.
