To renew their franchise agreement, Freeway Insurance® franchisees must provide written notice between 6 to 12 months before their current term expires. They must not be in default of their franchise agreement, demonstrate their right to occupy the approved premises, and pay a $5,000 successor fee for each five-year renewal term.
