Renewal Conditions

To renew their franchise agreement, Fox's Pizza Den franchisees must meet several conditions. They must be in full compliance with the current franchise agreement and all other agreements with Fox's Pizza Den, including all financial obligations. Franchisees must not have committed three or more defaults during the current term, regardless of whether those defaults were cured. They need to provide written notice of their intent to renew at least six months before the current term expires and must execute all required documents for the renewal, including a new franchise agreement which may have different terms and fees. Franchisees are also required to complete any additional training, obtain the right to occupy their current premises or have approval to relocate, and perform any necessary remodeling or redecoration to meet current System standards. Finally, they must sign a general release of all claims against Fox's Pizza Den.

Before opening, Fox's Pizza Den helps franchisees by providing site selection guidelines and approving the proposed location. They offer prototypical plans and specifications for the restaurant's layout, design, appearance, and signage, and provide a written list of required equipment and supplies. Fox's Pizza Den recommends minimum and maximum prices for products and services and provides initial training at an affiliate or franchised location, with a trainer present for up to five days during the grand opening. Ongoing support includes optional or mandatory additional training programs (up to five days annually), remedial on-site training upon request (for a fee), individualized assistance by phone, fax, or email, and samples of advertising and promotional materials. Fox's Pizza Den also conducts inspections of franchised businesses and updates lists of approved suppliers.

Staffing Notes

Fox's Pizza Den requires the franchisee to personally supervise their Fox's Pizza Den outlet.
