Training & Support Program
Franchisor Assistance
Flour Power assists franchisees with pre-opening obligations, including granting the right to operate a Studio within an approved designated territory, providing access to confidential operations manuals, and reviewing and approving the chosen Studio site. Before opening, franchisees or their Managing Owner and one designated manager must complete a 95-hour initial training program, consisting of virtual and in-studio components in Davidson, North Carolina. After opening, Flour Power may offer supplemental on-site training for a fee and provides ongoing communication on operational standards, marketing, and approved vendors. Franchisees are required to attend an annual system conference when offered, for which a fee not exceeding $1,500 may apply, and they must cover their own travel and lodging.

Flour Power establishes and communicates operating standards, marketing guidelines, and lists of approved vendors. Flour Power administers a brand development fund to which franchisees contribute up to 2% of gross sales, used for system-wide marketing and technology development. Territory Size Requirements
Flour Power designates a territory around each approved Studio location. This Designated Territory is generally the smaller of a four-mile radius from the Studio location (travelable by road) or an area encompassing a population of 12,000 children aged 14 and under. If a Studio is in a shopping mall or similar captive market, the territory may be limited to the physical boundaries of that facility. The Designated Territory is identified by zip code, boundary streets, highways, county lines, or other recognizable demarcations.
Staffing Notes
Flour Power requires the franchisee's Managing Owner to be personally responsible for the management and overall supervision of their Studio. While full-time, day-to-day participation by the Managing Owner is recommended, franchisees may hire an Operating Manager to handle on-site daily operations. This Operating Manager must meet Flour Power's criteria, complete initial training, and sign a confidentiality agreement. For multiple Studios, each must have an on-site Operating Manager. All employees must wear approved System branded uniforms, and franchisees are responsible for their employees' hiring, supervision, and ongoing training in accordance with System standards.
