Renewal Conditions

To renew their franchise, Fitness Premier franchisees must comply with the terms of their Franchise Agreement, provide 180 days prior written notice of their request, sign the then-current Franchise Agreement and related agreements for the renewal term, sign a general release in favor of the franchisor, pay a renewal fee, remodel and upgrade their club to meet current brand standards, and secure the legal right to continue occupying their club location. Owners must also comply with their agreements and personally guarantee the terms of the new agreement.
