To renew the franchise, Fit Body Boot Camp franchisees must provide written notice at least 120 days before the current term ends, pay a $5,000 renewal fee, be in full compliance with all operating requirements and have paid all fees due to Fit Body Boot Camp and its affiliates. Franchisees must also sign the then-current form of franchise agreement (which may have different terms, including higher fees) and a mutual general release.

If the franchisee is a legal entity, at least one equity owner must hold a 51% interest, be designated as the 'Responsible Owner,' have authority to bind the entity, and have completed initial training.

Territory Size Requirements

Fit Body Boot Camp defines territories at its discretion, based on factors such as geographic area, population density, location, and local competition. A typical approved territory for a physical outlet will vary from a 0.25-mile to a 3-mile radius around the location. For the virtual business, no territory rights or protections are granted.

Staffing Notes
