Renewal Conditions
To renew their franchise agreement, Eiffel Waffle Enterprise LLC franchisees must be in full compliance with their agreement and any other agreements with the franchisor, and have committed no more than three defaults during the current term. Franchisees must provide written notice to the franchisor at least 11 months before the term ends, execute the then-current franchise agreement, and pay a Successor Agreement Fee equal to 10% of the then-current initial franchise fee. They must also retain the right to occupy their premises or receive approval to relocate, remodel their business to current standards, and sign a general release. Additionally, franchisees must comply with current qualifications and complete any required additional training.

Staffing Notes
Eiffel Waffle Enterprise LLC requires that if a franchisee chooses not to personally supervise their Eiffel Waffle® outlet, it must be directly supervised by a full-time general manager who successfully completes the initial management training program. This general manager is not permitted to have an interest or business relationship with any competitors. All managers and other personnel with access to proprietary and confidential information must sign a Non-Disclosure/Non-Competition Agreement.
