Renewal Conditions
To renew their agreement, Dumpster Dudez franchisees must be in compliance with their current Franchise Agreement. They need to provide written notice to Dumpster Dudez at least 180 days before the agreement expires, pay a renewal fee of $2,500, sign a general release of all claims against Dumpster Dudez, and execute Dumpster Dudez's then-current Franchise Agreement.
