Renewal Conditions

To renew their agreement, Dumpster Dudez franchisees must be in compliance with their current Franchise Agreement. They need to provide written notice to Dumpster Dudez at least 180 days before the agreement expires, pay a renewal fee of $2,500, sign a general release of all claims against Dumpster Dudez, and execute Dumpster Dudez's then-current Franchise Agreement. The new agreement may have different terms and conditions.

Staffing Notes

Dumpster Dudez franchisees are not required to participate personally in the direct operation of their business, though it is recommended. Franchisees have the option to hire a General Manager to manage the business day-to-day.
