Business Summary

DryJect offers and sells franchises for businesses that specialize in a patented, unique, and exclusive natural grass aeration service. DryJect franchisees provide this service to golf courses and other sports field customers, allowing for smooth, playable surfaces when aeration holes are filled with sand or soil amendments. This technology aims to provide greater customer satisfaction and reduce costs compared to alternative aeration methods.

Corporate History

DryJect Management, LLC was formed as a Pennsylvania limited liability company on March 25, 2014. However, the DryJect business system has a longer history, originating from a predecessor entity, DryJect, LLC, a New Jersey company formed in May 2001. This predecessor began selling franchises for natural grass aeration services in June 2001. After a period where the assets were acquired and then re-acquired by the current principals in 2008, DryJect Management, LLC officially began selling DryJect franchises after its merger in September 2014. An affiliate, DryJect Inc. Acquisition Corporation, formed in 2016, manufactures the specialized DryJect machines that franchisees are required to purchase. DryJect Management, LLC focuses solely on selling and supporting these franchises.
