Financial Health Notes
Home Run Holdings LLC, the parent company and guarantor of Dryer Vent Superheroes Franchising LLC, reported a negative members' equity of $154,440 as of October 31, 2024. This indicates that its total liabilities exceed its total assets. The company's net income decreased from $185,739 in 2023 to $29,779 in 2024, and cash and cash equivalents also declined from $66,349 to $30,566 during the same period. While the franchisor itself has positive equity, the consolidated financial statements of the parent, which includes the franchisor's activities, reflect a challenging financial position.
Financing Details
Dryer Vent Superheroes does not offer any direct or indirect financing to its franchisees, nor does it guarantee any notes, leases, or obligations. Franchisees are responsible for securing their own funding for the business.
