To renew their franchise agreement, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen franchisees must not be in default of their current agreement or any related agreements. They need to provide prior written notice of their intent to renew and must not have been in default for the 12 months before this notice. Franchisees must sign a general release of claims against DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, renovate their business location to meet the then-current brand image requirements, and pay a renewal fee of $10,000.
