Franchise Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Dream Day Dressing Rooms is seeking individuals who are committed to working hard and diligently in their business. Ideal candidates should possess strong personal business, marketing, management, and judgment skills, as these are considered the most important factors for success. Franchisees must provide direct, day-to-day, full-time supervision of their business, either personally or through a managing owner. Additionally, the business must retain an Operations Manager (who can be the owner) and a minimum of one full-time salesperson, both of whom must successfully complete the franchisor's training program.

Territory Size Requirements
Dream Day Dressing Rooms awards a protected territory with a defined population of up to 1,000,000 persons, though it can be less depending on the area. The franchisor determines the territory based on factors such as zip code, population, average household income, demographics, business potential (e.g., number of hotels, wedding venues), competition, and market penetration. The territory is not altered by sales volume or client numbers. While a franchisee is the only Dream Day Dressing Rooms business physically located in their territory and the franchisor will not establish other company-owned or franchised units there, franchisees do not receive an exclusive territory and may face competition from alternative distribution channels.
Staffing Notes
A Dream Day Dressing Rooms® franchise requires the franchisee to provide direct, day-to-day, full-time supervision. Each Dream Day Dressing Rooms® business must operate under an Operations Manager who has successfully completed the franchisor's training. Franchisees must also retain a minimum of one full-time salesperson within 30 days of opening the business. Both the Operations Manager and the salesperson can be the franchisee or one of the owners. For example, a Dream Day Dressing Rooms® franchisee could initially act as the salesperson, delivery driver, administrative support, and operations manager to keep costs low. If the franchisee takes on the full-time salesperson role, they might still need to hire part-time delivery drivers, administrative help, and an Operations Manager. The franchisor provides recommended guidelines for hiring and managing employees and independent contractors, but Dream Day Dressing Rooms® franchisees are solely responsible for all daily employment decisions, including hiring, training, disciplining, and setting compensation. All staff, including independent contractors, must undergo background checks to ensure they are suitable for employment and do not have records of child molestation, drug abuse, or criminal behavior that could jeopardize client welfare or the brand's reputation. If an Operations Manager or salesperson leaves a Dream Day Dressing Rooms® business, a replacement must be appointed within 60 and 30 days respectively, and trained by the franchisee at their own cost. The Operations Manager may be required to sign a confidentiality and non-compete agreement. Salespersons for a Dream Day Dressing Rooms® franchise are allowed to work from a home office, but their business cards and other materials must display the main Dream Day Dressing Rooms® business contact information.
