Business Summary
DOXA operates a business that helps other local businesses grow by connecting them with skilled offshore talent for staff augmentation and business process outsourcing solutions. DOXA franchisees market and sell these solutions to clients, negotiate the financial terms of agreements, and provide ongoing client support. DOXA (the franchisor or an affiliate) then supplies the offshore talent and outsourcing solutions.
Corporate History
DOXA Talent Franchising LLC was formed in Idaho on December 20, 2024, to offer franchises. It began offering franchises in February 2025. Its direct parent company, DOXA Talent, Inc., was originally formed in December 2020 as an LLC and converted to an Idaho corporation in April 2023. This parent company operated a DOXA business similar to what franchisees will run, from November 2020 until December 2024. In December 2024, the parent transferred its business operations to an affiliate, DOXA Talent Operating, LLC, which now runs the corporate DOXA business.

Franchise Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
DOXA seeks franchisees who will serve as a Designated Owner or Designated Manager, with the Designated Owner devoting full-time attention to the business. If a Designated Manager is appointed, they must have an ownership interest in the franchisee entity. Ideal DOXA candidates must successfully complete the franchisor's training program and be directly involved in client acquisition and account management tasks. The franchise relies on the franchisee's financial qualifications, experience, skills, and managerial capabilities for satisfactory operation. Franchisees, their owners, and Designated Managers must not have any interest in or business relationship with any competing business. The role involves marketing DOXA services, soliciting client accounts, negotiating financial terms, and providing ongoing client support.

DOXA franchisees receive a Primary Market Area (PMA) defined by zip codes, which will not exceed a 20-mile radius. This PMA is required to include at least 1,000 businesses, each with a minimum of 20 employees, as determined using the GbBIS platform or a similar tool.
Staffing Notes
DOXA franchisees are not required to hire additional employees upon opening, meaning the business can be run solely by the owner.
