dermani MEDSPA® franchisees must provide notice that they wish to renew, be in compliance with the terms of their Franchise Agreement, be current in all payments required by the Franchise Agreement, sign a general release, pay a renewal fee, maintain occupancy of the premises or find a substitute premise, remodel and/or refurbish their Franchised Business if dermani MEDSPA® Franchising LLC requires, and dermani MEDSPA® Franchising LLC may revise the boundaries of their Territory on renewal. Franchisees may also be asked to sign a new contract with materially different terms and conditions than their original contract.

Franchisor Assistance

dermani MEDSPA® Franchising LLC provides various forms of assistance to its franchisees. Before opening, dermani MEDSPA® Franchising LLC reviews and approves proposed sites, provides mandatory and suggested specifications and layouts for the premises including a typical Medspa planogram, and offers initial training for up to four people (including the franchisee or Operating Principal and manager). The company also provides up to two days of on-site assistance during the grand opening and lends a confidential operating manual. For area developers, site selection guidance is also provided. Staffing Notes

dermani MEDSPA® Franchising LLC advises that a typical dermani MEDSPA® location generally includes 1 to 2 front desk coordinators, 3 to 7 full-time estheticians/laser practitioners, and 1 to 3 nurse practitioners and/or physician assistant cosmetic injectors. Franchisees, or their Professional Corporation (PC) if applicable, have sole discretion over the number of employees and managers hired, their hours, compensation, and benefits. The Operating Principal must provide full-time general oversight of the Franchised Business. All management personnel and other designated staff must meet specified minimum qualifications and complete any required training programs.
