Renewal Conditions
DDSmatch franchisees can renew their agreement for two additional 5-year terms. To do so, they must sign the then-current franchise agreement, which may have materially different terms. They also need to successfully complete any required renewal training, sign a general release, pay the renewal fee, and fulfill all obligations under the franchise agreement without having received three or more default notices in any 24-month period. Additionally, they must not be in default under any agreement with DDSmatch, and DDSmatch must not have decided to withdraw from their market. Franchisees must also meet the requirements for new franchisees at the time of renewal.

Franchisor Assistance
Before opening, DDSmatch provides advice and guidance on commencing the business, including advertising and promotional materials (at the franchisee's expense), and lists the business on its company website. DDSmatch also offers initial training for one person, which must be completed to DDSmatch's satisfaction within 180 days of signing the franchise agreement. During operations, DDSmatch assists with developing services and products, establishing administrative, bookkeeping, accounting, or inventory control procedures (subject to additional fees), and responds to operational questions. Additional and refresher training is available for a fee plus travel expenses if requested or deemed necessary. DDSmatch furnishes updated lists of approved suppliers and revisions for the Operations Manual.
