Additional and refresher training is available for a fee plus travel expenses if requested or deemed necessary. Staffing Notes

DDSmatch allows its businesses to be operated by the franchisee personally or by an approved manager who has completed the initial training program. The FDD notes that "staff, if you have one" must complete initial training, indicating that a lean operational model, potentially with just the franchisee, is acceptable. The franchisor's training is designed to be individualized, catering to the needs and experience of franchisees, with additional training available as needed for a fee.
