To renew their Daisy franchise, franchisees must provide Daisyco Franchising, LLC with written notice at least 180 days before the current term expires. They must ensure full compliance with all material terms of their current franchise agreement, settle all monetary obligations owed to Daisyco Franchising, LLC, and agree in writing to update their business to meet current Daisyco Franchising, LLC standards. Franchisees and their principals are also required to sign a general release of claims against Daisyco Franchising, LLC and sign Daisyco Franchising, LLC's then-current standard franchise agreement, which may have materially different terms and conditions.

Daisyco Franchising, LLC provides various forms of assistance to its franchisees. Before opening, Daisyco Franchising, LLC helps by designating the territory, approving grand opening advertising plans, consulting on lease economics, providing the Franchise Operations Manual, and listing approved suppliers and equipment specifications.
