Corporate History
CyberGlobal USA LLC was formed in Wyoming on July 25, 2024, and began offering CyberGlobal franchises in August 2024. The company does not have a predecessor or parent entity and has never operated the type of business it franchises. However, an affiliate, CT Defense SRL, has operated a CyberGlobal Business in Romania since October 2017 and serves as an approved technology supplier. Another affiliate, CGA Audit, is an approved audit services supplier. A third affiliate, Cyber Global SRL (CGS), owns the intellectual property and trademarks for CyberGlobal and has also been offering substantially similar CyberGlobal franchises internationally in Ireland, Bahrain, Austria, and Italy since August 2024, with one franchisee in each of those countries.

Renewal Conditions
To renew, CyberGlobal franchisees must meet several conditions. They need to notify CyberGlobal in writing between 60 and 180 days before their current agreement expires. Franchisees must be in good standing, meaning they cannot be in default under their current agreement or any other agreement with CyberGlobal or its affiliates, and they must not have received more than three separate written notices of default in the 12 months before sending their renewal notice or signing the new agreement. They are required to sign CyberGlobal's then-current Successor Franchise Agreement and all related documents, which may include terms substantially different from their original agreement. A general release of all claims against CyberGlobal and its affiliates must also be signed. Franchisees must pay a non-refundable renewal fee of $15,000. Additionally, they must complete any renovations, refurbishments, and modernizations to their CyberGlobal Business to align with the current System standards for a newly opened location. Finally, franchisees must comply with any other actions CyberGlobal reasonably requests.
Training & Support Program
Franchisor Assistance
Before opening, CyberGlobal provides initial virtual training for up to four people, loans one copy of its confidential Franchise Operations Manual, designates the franchisee's territory, and offers materials and consultation for grand opening marketing during the first three months at no charge. CyberGlobal does not provide site selection assistance. After opening, CyberGlobal informs franchisees of mandatory standards and procedures, offers advice on operations based on reports or inspections, and provides additional training for which fees may apply. Franchisees can continue to use confidential materials and Marks, and CyberGlobal supplies a list of designated and approved suppliers. Optionally, CyberGlobal may modify the System, make periodic visits (with fees if requested by the franchisee), administer a Brand Fund, host national or regional conferences, and set minimum and maximum resale prices.

Franchisees are permitted to continue using confidential materials and Marks, and CyberGlobal supplies a list of designated and approved suppliers. Territory Size Requirements
CyberGlobal territories are defined by geographic area, population properties, and other relevant demographic characteristics. The franchisor aims to grant only one CyberGlobal franchise for any area containing at least 5,000 businesses with over 20 employees. Territory population statistics are determined using current U.S. Census reports and other chosen statistical sources. The size of the territory can vary, with smaller areas in densely populated metropolitan regions and larger areas in less densely populated urban zones.
Staffing Notes
CyberGlobal franchisees are responsible for determining the appropriate staffing levels for their business to ensure compliance with the franchise agreement and System standards. Franchisees are solely responsible for hiring, training, and supervising their employees or independent contractors, and for paying all wages, commissions, benefits, and taxes. These individuals are considered the franchisee's employees or contractors, not CyberGlobal's, and the franchisee retains sole responsibility for all employment-related decisions, including hiring, firing, and setting work conditions. CyberGlobal does not provide advice on these matters and requires franchisees to inform their staff that the franchisee is their sole employer. Franchisees must also ensure employees and independent contractors review and sign a prescribed acknowledgment form.
