To renew, Crawlspace Medic franchisees must be in full compliance with their current agreement, have no more than three defaults during the current term, and provide written notice at least six months before the term ends. They will need to sign a new franchise agreement, which may have different terms, and pay a $1,500 successor agreement fee.
