To renew their Cornhole Golf franchise, franchisees must provide written notice at least 180 days before the current agreement ends. They must be in full compliance with all agreements, without a history of repeated defaults. Franchisees are required to renovate and re-equip their business to meet current brand standards, correct any existing deficiencies, and satisfy the franchisor's qualifications for new franchisees, which may include additional training.
