Renewal Conditions
To renew their Conquer Ninja franchise, franchisees must provide at least 210 days' prior written notice of their election to renew. They must also be in good standing, have operated the business according to the System of Operation, exclusively used the Names and Marks, and upgraded their gym and equipment to meet current standards. Additionally, franchisees must provide evidence of property control for the renewal term, sign a general release, and pay a renewal fee equal to 25% of Conquer Ninja's then-current Initial Franchise Fee. Franchisees should note that the new franchise agreement at renewal may have terms substantially different from their original agreement.

Conquer Ninja provides comprehensive assistance to its franchisees, starting with pre-opening support. This includes general guidelines for site selection and review, designation of the territory, provision of a sample interior layout, and design and installation of the initial obstacle course and safety equipment. Conquer Ninja also provides a subpage on its website for the franchisee's gym, an Initial Training Program for up to two people, a loan of the Operations Manual, and a list of approved suppliers. Conquer Ninja seeks a franchisee who will preferably participate personally on a full-time basis in the operation of their gym. If the franchisee is not an individual, one of the majority owners can serve in this role. Otherwise, the Conquer Ninja gym must be directly supervised on-premises by a Manager who has successfully completed the franchisor's Initial Training Program. All individual owners of the franchisee entity, and their spouses, are required to sign a personal guaranty agreeing to comply with all financial and legal obligations of the Franchise Agreement.
