Ideal Candidate Profile

Complete Weddings + Events seeks franchisees or managing partners/members who are willing to actively supervise and manage the franchised business. Initially, the day-to-day supervisor can work part-time, but within 36 months of opening, they must transition to full-time involvement and not engage in conflicting business activities. The ideal candidate should be able to complete the franchisor's training program and be approved by Complete Weddings + Events.

Staffing Notes

Complete Weddings + Events requires that the franchised business always be under the direct supervision of the franchisee (if approved) or an approved operating manager who has completed their training program. If a manager supervises, the franchisee or managing partner/shareholder/member must actively oversee operations. Franchisees are responsible for hiring, training, and managing their employees, who must comply with all required licenses and certifications. All employees with managerial duties, and all corporate officers and directors (or partners in a partnership), must sign confidentiality and non-compete agreements.
