Renewal Conditions
To renew their franchise agreement, Clear Pest Pros franchisees must be in substantial compliance with the current agreement, avoid three or more default notices or three instances of late payments within specific periods before expiration, and provide notice of their intent to renew 6 to 9 months before expiration. Franchisees must also sign the then-current franchise agreement (which may have different terms), upgrade and remodel their business as necessary, meet the financial qualifications required of new franchisees, meet minimum gross sales requirements for an 11th year of operation, sign a general release, and pay a renewal fee of 25% of the Initial Franchise Fee, with a minimum of $8,750.
