Renewal Conditions
To renew the franchise, Casiola franchisees must be in compliance with their Franchise Agreement and provide the franchisor with 180 days (but not more than 270 days) prior written notice of their intent to renew. They must also demonstrate their ability to continue operating the business within their market and maintain their administrative office in accordance with current standards. A renewal fee of $5,000 is required, and franchisees must sign the franchisor's then-current Franchise Agreement and related ancillary agreements for the renewal term. The owners must personally guarantee the terms of the new agreement, which may differ materially from the current one. Franchisees and owners must also complete any additional training required by the franchisor and sign a general release of claims in favor of the franchisor, or an estoppel letter if a release is precluded by local law.

Territory Size Requirements
Casiola defines each territory as a resort, vacation area, market, or geographic area containing up to approximately 5,000 potential rentable individual short-term rental properties. This area must be within a 40-minute drive time from the franchisee's administrative office. Staffing Notes
Casiola Franchise LLC does not provide assistance with the hiring and training of employees, and franchisees are directly responsible for managing and supervising their staff. For brand protection, franchisees must ensure all employees wear approved System branded apparel and uniforms and that all System Supplies and Approved Services and Products are prepared, maintained, and served according to System standards and the Operations Manual.
