Another affiliate, The Great Greek Franchising, LLC (TGG), entered a consent order with California in August 2021 for deferring initial franchise fees without authorization and collecting fees before completing pre-opening obligations. Additionally, TGG, Graze Craze Franchising, LLC (GCZ), and UFG Group, Inc. entered consent orders with California in March 2022 due to alleged violations at a trade show in October 2021, where they provided franchise information without valid registration in California and made financial performance representations.
