To renew, Canine Dimensions franchisees must provide the franchisor with advance written notice, be in good standing with no defaults, sign the then-current franchise agreement (which may have different terms including a higher royalty fee and advertising contribution), sign a general release of claims, pay a successor franchise fee equal to 10% of the initial franchise fee charged to new franchisees at that time, and meet all current qualification, certification, and training requirements.

Territory Size Requirements

Each Canine Dimensions Protected Territory is defined by zip codes or geographical boundaries (such as streets, towns, or counties) and will encompass approximately 150,000 households.

Staffing Notes

Canine Dimensions expects franchisees to personally operate their franchised business, particularly for dog training services, as dog training is to be conducted solely by the franchisee or the principal owner if the franchisee is a business entity. Franchisees are responsible for all aspects of hiring, training, directing, and supervising their own employees and independent contractors, including administrative assistants (referred to as Associates). There is no minimum number of Associates required by Canine Dimensions.
