Renewal Conditions
To renew their Bumper Man franchise, franchisees must provide Bumper Man, Inc. with written notice of their decision to renew at least six months before the initial term expires. Franchisees must be in good standing under their Franchise Agreement and any other agreements with Bumper Man, Inc. or its affiliates. They also need to complete any necessary repairs and upgrades to their Bumper Man vehicle to meet current standards and comply with current training requirements. Additionally, franchisees must sign Bumper Man, Inc.'s then-current form of franchise agreement, which may have different terms, and execute a general release of claims against Bumper Man, Inc. and its affiliates.
