Ideal Candidate Profile
BUMBLE ROOFING seeks individuals who can directly supervise their roofing business. This supervision can be performed by the franchisee themselves or a designated business manager. Additionally, franchisees must have at least one designated individual working full-time in sales or administrative back-office services. If a franchisee lacks sufficient business experience, they must appoint a qualified designated business manager.

Territory Size Requirements
Each BUMBLE ROOFING franchise territory is defined by a designated geographical area with up to 100,000 single-family households. BUMBLE ROOFING uses the most recent U.S. Census Data or other statistical sources to determine household counts. If a franchisee is granted a territory exceeding 100,000 single-family households, they must pay an additional fee of $0.25 per household over that limit. BUMBLE ROOFING does not expect to grant single territories larger than 149,999 single-family households. Once established, the territory size will not change, regardless of future increases or decreases in single-family households.
Staffing Notes
BUMBLE ROOFING requires franchisees to directly supervise their business, which can be done by the franchisee or a Designated Business Manager. If the franchisee lacks sufficient business experience, a Designated Business Manager must be appointed and complete the initial training program. The business must also employ at least one designated individual full-time for sales or back-office administrative services. Franchisees are solely responsible for hiring, scheduling, supervising, compensating, and disciplining all employees, and must implement a training program to ensure staff can operate the business according to BUMBLE ROOFING's mandatory standards.
