To renew a Bodenvy franchise, franchisees must provide advance notice, be in compliance with all contractual obligations to the franchisor and third parties, renovate their business to meet the franchisor's then-current standards, sign the franchisor's then-current form of franchise agreement and related documents (including a personal guaranty), pay a renewal fee, and sign a general release (unless prohibited by applicable law).

Bodenvy Franchising provides various types of assistance to its franchisees. Before opening, the franchisor helps with site selection by reviewing potential locations, refers franchisees to approved construction partners, provides specifications for equipment, signs, fixtures, initial inventory, and supplies, and grants access to its Brand Standards Manual. Bodenvy also conducts an initial training program, reviews business plans and financial projections upon request, develops and implements an initial market introduction plan, and offers 4-5 days of on-site opening support. After opening, Bodenvy provides advice via phone or electronic communication on business improvement and problem-solving, offers recommended pricing for products and services, and provides recommended administrative, bookkeeping, accounting, and inventory control procedures. The franchisor maintains a website for the Bodenvy brand, and may establish and administer a Brand Fund and a Medical Advisory Support system in the future.
