Financial Health Notes
Based on the audited financial statements for fiscal years ending December 31, 2022, and 2023, BEST BRAINS reported negative working capital, meaning its current liabilities exceeded its current assets for those periods. However, the auditor issued an unqualified opinion, indicating that the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of BEST BRAINS.
