The operating partner or operating manager for each location must dedicate full time, energy, and best efforts to the business's management and operation. Staffing Notes

Beef 'O' Brady's Family Sports Pubs require a dedicated staffing structure to ensure efficient operation and customer service. Before a Beef 'O' Brady's Family Sports Pub opens, the operating partner and a designated operating manager, referred to as the "Two Designated Operators," must complete a mandatory 3-week "Beef's Operator Training Program" and obtain a training certificate from a certified location near Tampa, Florida. An optional third trainee can also attend this program. The franchisor provides on-site assistance for opening. For a first Beef 'O' Brady's Family Sports Pub, four trainers are provided for five days during the "Training Week" (prior to opening) and for six days during "Opening Week." For a second Beef 'O' Brady's Family Sports Pub, two trainers are provided during "Training Week," along with two "Designated Trainer Employees" from the franchisee's existing locations, who continue to assist during "Opening Week." Throughout operations, the Beef 'O' Brady's Family Sports Pub must be under the direct supervision of at least one of the Two Designated Operators at all times. If the franchisee or their principal owner is not actively managing the business, the Two Designated Operators must be recruited, hired, and maintained. These individuals must have satisfactory experience, possess day-to-day management responsibility, be employed full-time, sign confidentiality and non-competition agreements, and complete all required training. Each manager, bartender, and other designated employees at a Beef 'O' Brady's Family Sports Pub must be certified in food safety training programs as required by state or local laws. Franchisees are responsible for training all other employees according to the System Standards outlined in the confidential operating manuals. If new management personnel are hired or Designated Operators are replaced after opening, they must be satisfactorily trained and certified at an approved training store at the franchisee's expense. The franchisor may also require remedial or refresher training for managers and experienced employees periodically.
