Renewal Conditions
To renew their franchise, Bang Cookies franchisees must be in compliance with their Franchise Agreement, provide 180 days' written notice of their request to renew, and sign Bang Cookies' then-current form of Franchise Agreement and related agreements for the renewal term. They must also sign a general release in Bang Cookies' favor, pay a renewal fee, and remodel and upgrade their shop to meet current standards and specifications. Additionally, franchisees must secure the legal right to continue occupying their shop location and meet all other renewal requirements. Franchisee owners and their spouses must also be in compliance with their agreements and personally guarantee the terms of the new renewal Franchise Agreement.

Bang Cookies provides pre-opening assistance to its franchisees, including granting the franchise rights, designating territories, providing access to its confidential operations manuals, and reviewing and approving selected shop sites. It also offers a list of approved suppliers, equipment, furniture, and fixtures, and identifies the franchisee's shop on its website. Bang Cookies provides initial training for the managing owner and one manager. Bang Cookies designates a territory around the approved shop location, generally a 3-mile radius in all travelable directions from the shop. The size may be smaller based on population density, demographics, and geographical boundaries. For shops in shopping malls or captive markets, the territory may be limited to the physical boundaries of the mall or facility. Territories may also be defined by zip codes, boundary streets, highways, county lines, or other recognizable demarcations.
Staffing Notes
Bang Cookies requires that the shop be managed and supervised on-site by either a Managing Owner or an approved Operating Manager who has completed initial training. For multiple shops, each must have an on-site Operating Manager. All employees must wear and maintain proper uniforms with approved System branded apparel.
